The challenge to be innovative and creative  in our curriculum planning and program  development is a  one of the best parts of being an educator and one of the most challenging. Sometimes we find ourselves pressing the rewind button, feel overwhelmed by change, or feel that it is working--why fix it?   In this learn by doing workshop, we will exercise our design thinking muscles and use our creative mind to address our bias mind all in the service of program development and innovation.

If you are new to design thinking, this is a great introductory session to the process and mindset of design thinking. If  you have been exploring design thinking,  this is a chance to let the process work for you and to experience a workshop you could then lead in your school.

Please bring a few lessons or activities to the workshop to work on during the sessions.  This session is designed for teachers and program leaders.

Registration is $10 for ISANNE members. Lunch is provided.
