Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coordinator

Proctor Academy is seeking a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator.  The primary responsibility is to support the school's multicultural and diversity efforts, with a focus on curriculum development and student life.

This person would be supporting students and on-campus student programming (i.e., M.L.K. Jr. Day, affinity groups, other student events, diversity committee, visiting educators, etc.). The position would contribute to shaping annual diversity goals with the DEI Team, student life, fundraising, as well as faculty/staff recruitment, development, and retention.

The DEI Coordinator would work within the community to create materials that articulate the school's approach and commitment to diversity, strategic initiatives, and individual and collective successes; help to structure and implement support mechanisms; supporting Proctor's residential life curriculum with a particular focus on diversity-related issues; assist in the transition of new families into the Proctor community and maintaining a website presence.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree and experience in multicultural affairs. Annual salary is dependent on experience.
