Resident Co-Directorship - Segovia, Spain
Proctor Academy, is seeking to fill its Resident Co-Directorship positions for Proctor’s Program in Segovia, Spain.
The position involves managing the Proctor in Spain immersion program, which consists of overseeing/chaperoning 10 students, staff members, and home-stay families. Duties also included but are not limited to teaching students Spanish, History or Literature, designing and directing excursions with students, chaperone, student advisor, transportation/travel logistics, and communication with student’s families in the United States. Interaction with the Dean of Academics to ensure standards are met; interaction with the Dean of Students to ensure students selected are of the appropriate character and maturity to fulfill the program requirements.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in the Spanish language, be able to work independently, have strong organization and management skills, have a good understanding of Proctor, be able to connect with and advise students that will be in Spain and be able to manage a budget.
